Fitness Program

TRX suspension training bodyweight exercise utilizing equipment that’s focused on developing mobility, flexibility, endurance, power, core strength and heart health simultaneously.

The exercise is based on seven basic movements, using body weight and various angles to create effects. Students can control the difficulty of each movement simply by adjusting their body position to increase or decrease intensity.

In this class we combine together with HYFIT resistance bands. Together they form a strong and perfect match that gives students its max. of suspension and strength training.
