XP’s gym circuit training is a workout that involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. Each session will either be a PUSH or PULL focused workout.
PUSH session targets the muscles in the chest, shoulders, back of the arm (triceps), front of the thighs and abdominals.
PULL session targets the back muscles (upper and lower), glutes, back of the thighs and core stability.
